Our staff will book the shipping space in advance, prepare the documents for customs clearance and confirm the details with client.
when the cargo arrives the port, we arrange cargo loading for shipping, or by airplane. Then express the documents to our client by express.
After client receiving the goods, our after-sales service will collect customer feedback and deal with client’s problems.
